Abstract Submission Guidelines

■ Abstracts must be submitted no later than January 31, 2016 (GMT +8 hours).

■ Please use the same account (e-mail) for registration and abstract submission.

■ Please use your account (e-mail) to log in the on-line system and submit your abstract.

■ ALL submissions must be made on line. 

■ Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent on February 15, 2016 (GMT +8 hours).
■ Your abstract submission will not be considered until you have completed the registration procedure.

 

Abstract Format

The whole abstracts should be confined to one page of A4 paper size.

File format: MS Office Word (DOC, DOCX)

Language: English

Font size and format:

-Title: Times New Roman, font 14, bold, max. 15 words

-Author: Times New Roman font 10. List the full names without titles and institutional name and countries for all authors. Indicate the presenting author with asterisk (*).

-Body: Times New Roman font 12 and single space. Max. 350 words.

-Please note that tables, charts, figures and any other information are not acceptable to be included in the abstract.
-Please add your name into the file name of your abstract. For example, if your name is Jack Lewis, the file name of your abstract will be: abstract_Jack_Lewis

Poster format

General points:

-Please make sure that you have already submitted the abstract for poster presentation on-line.

-Never use the font size smaller than 18 point for any reason.

-Please make sure that your poster should has a landscape orientation.

-Poster size: 150 cm (W) x 90 cm (H)
