本實驗室之研究重點在發展新的不對稱合成方法及開發具高立體選擇性的掌性配位基，以進行不對稱催化反應。同時，本實驗室也開發含氮雜環碳烯配位基以及應用。

We have been interested in the development of new asymmetric synthetic methodologies and the preparation of new, efficient and highly stereoselective chiral ligands for asymmetric catalysis. Our laboratory has been developed N-heterocyclic carbene compounds and used them as a ligand for transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions.
