F. 古生菌類菌株收集純化:
目前已純化本土甲烷菌十九株,其中十五株已寄存美國甲烷菌株中心(Oregon Collection of Methanogens),編號分別為OCM #665#666#667#668#669#670#671#672#745#746#747#748#772#755#756。另純化極端高鹽菌十一株,其中一株Halobacterium strain H13已完成專利菌株寄存於食品工業發展研究所的菌種中心(編號CCRC 910151),其餘十株尚未寄存。
