研究興趣

          本實驗室研究的範圍，主要是利用質譜術進行各項研究。即利用氣相層析質譜儀(GC/MS)，液相層析質譜儀 (LC/MS)，串聯質譜儀 (GC/MS/MS；LC/MS/MS) 的特性發展應用於環境科學、臨床科學、情治科學等微量分析，如環境科學樣品泥土中微量殘留農藥之偵測，及農藥分解物結構之鑑定和流佈情形之探討。在藥物學上，人體血液或尿中微量藥物之偵測和其產生新陳代謝體結構之鑑定。

       在物理化學上則利用質譜儀探討氣相離子之特性。進行反應機構能量，離子分子之間反應、質子親和能等之研究。

　

 

 Research Interests

      Development of new analytical techniques using modern instrumentation and digital computers, and the applications of these techniques in areas such as environmental, clinical, and forensic chemistry. Special interests include mass spectrometry, tandem mass spectrometry and integrated separation/identification techniques. We are also interested in using tandem mass spectrometry to study ion molecule reaction, proton affinity in gas phase.
