1. The Registration fee includes:
   +Admission to all sessions of the conference . (Inc. 2 keynotes + 1 tutorial workshop + 1 journal tutorial)
   +The Gala Dinner
   +2 Lunches and 4 Coffee Breaks
   +A copy of proceedings (Inc. CD )
   +Conference Bag
   +A Gift
   +The field trip to visit companies in Taiwan (1 lunch)

2. All payments must be made by 06 May 2006 otherwise the inclusion of papers in the Proceedings and also the     participation of the author to the conference are not secured.

3. One Registration fee only covers two papers.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a refund of your registration fees, you must request it in writing and postmark or      fax it to the SCMIS2006 by June 15, 2006 . No refunds will be issued after June 15, 2006 .
