How to submit your paper

All submissions should be in Ms Word format (.doc) and must be received by SCMIS secretariat no later than 15-12-2005 . Do not send hard copies of your extended abstract.
The extended abstract should have between 1000 and 1500 words.

Submissions should be made to the following email address: SCMIS2006@nchu.edu.tw
In the header of the email, include the following information
SURNAME01-Track Code-Scope Code (For example: Ho01-T2SCMA -LDM34)
The file name should be the CONTACT Authors family name, and a paper number. For example your first paper would be named
Ho01
If you are submitting more than one paper, you would name them
Ho01
Ho02
Etc.
Receipt of papers will be acknowledged by return email

Paper Evaluation Criteria

The evaluation of extended abstracts will be made by the following criteria:
1. relevance to the conference theme and topics
2. originality of the research  
3. practice quality
4. appropriateness of the methodology
5. contribution to the state of knowledge
6. paper structure and clarity.
All submissions must be original, not presented at other conferences, published or under publication elsewhere.
All papers should be submitted in English

The full paper (camera ready) must respect the full paper format, download from here.
See the "Important Dates" Web page for deadlines for submissions and notifications.
For each selected paper, at least one author must register to assure that the paper is included in the conference proceedings.
Registration payments and final manuscripts are due by 06-May-2006 . Late registration or paper submissions could result in the papers being excluded from the conference proceedings.
