Shuttle Bus Schedule to Conference Venue (NCHU)
There will be a free shuttle bus service provided by National Chung Hsing University during SCMIS conference time.
On July 5th, the shuttle bus will begin at 7:45 AM from Hotel National Taichung then pass through the following hotels (stops) to NCHU:
From 7:45 AM Hotel National Taichung
8:00 AM Splendor Taichung Hotel
8:25 AM Evergreen Laurel Hotel(Taichung)
Arriving Conference venue (NCHU) around 9:00 AM.
If you stay at Freshfield Resort & Conference, the hotel also provides free bus service to Conference venue (NCHU). ?
On July 6th, the shuttle bus will begin at 6:45 AM from Hotel National Taichung then pass through the following hotels (stops) to NCHU:
From 6:45 AM Hotel National Taichung
7:00 AM Splendor Taichung Hotel
7:25 AM Evergreen Laurel Hotel(Taichung)
Arriving Conference venue (NCHU) around 8:00 AM.

July 7th
The shuttle bus will begin in 6:00 AM then pass through the following order:
6:00 AM Hotel National Taichung -> 6:15 AM Psplendor Taichung Hotel -> 6:40 AM Evergreen Laurel Hotel(Taichung) and finally arrive NCHU before 7:30 AM.

Instructions for Session Chairpersons
Before the Session:
+ Arrive the presentation room 10 - 15 minutes before the beginning of the session
+ Identify the Presenters for your Session
+ Collect the Presenters' information form from the Presenters
+ Ensure that the Presenters' file and notebook are compatible with the room facilities
During the Session
+
At the beginning of the Session, you will give a basic introduction of the session (about 1 minute) including:
1. Chairperson's self-introduction
2. Session field
3. Number of Presenters
4. Available time
5. Presenters' arrangement of this session, etc.
+Introduce the presenters according to the Presenters' information form at the beginning of each presentation.
+The total presentation time is distributed equally in each session. Each time slot should be divided into 2 parts: presentation part (15 minutes each) and discussion part (5 minutes each). Please ensure that the whole presentation should be run under the planned schedule. In the end of each session, there will be time provided for a wrap-up discussion and questions.

All people in the room must be equally treated and have their rights to express their views during the discussion.
After the Session
+Fill in the session feedback form provided at the beginning of the session including
1. Session identification number of presentations
2. Names of Presenters
3. Approximate number of persons assisting the Session
4. Further comments about the session

Return the session feedback form to the information counter immediately after the session
