Along the value chain of technology innovation, the TLO positions itself as a broker hub of technology commercialization. TLO coordinates related organizations (please refer to Figure 1) to provide academic research (technical support) and service to manufacturers; assisting them to process the technology licensing for technology commercialization. TLO has three divisions, legal, marketing , and administration. Please refer to Figure 2 for business items.
